The Resolvers play Classic Reggae with a Modern Spin – Island
vibrations combined with Soul, Rock, Jazz, and Uplifting vocal
harmonies. Formed in 2007, the quintet quickly gained the attention
of South Florida music lovers through consistent delivery of sincere
performances.
Throughout their early years of playing in the South Florida music
scene, each member of the band had been
crossing paths and began to
take notice of each others' distinctive styles of playing,
occasionally even jamming together at random gigs. The Resolvers'
formation was in none of the member's specific plans, but seemed to
emerge as part of a greater scheme that tends to happen when
elements fall together at the right time and place. . . hinting at
the old axiom that some things are simply meant to be.
Starting the year 2008 with remarkable growth, they began providing
support at sold out crowds for nationally touring acts such as
Yellowman and Badfish. They have just unveiled their first official
recording – an EP named H’amsa (which literally means “5” in Arabic
amongst other significances…) containing five songs that make a
strong representation of why the band has been relatively so
successful in such short period of time.

"Based in Deerfield Beach, The Resolvers craft modern reggae that
combines old-school island message music with pop and ballad nuances
on their five-song debut EP. The resulting mix could prove a
resounding crossover success." --
Bill Meredith, Palm Beach Post
“.. a must listen, whether its in a cloudy, smoke filled basement or
out by the pool on a Sunday afternoon…a culmination of style and
sound and the perfect remedy for a dreadful Monday morning drive to
work.” --
Marc Litt, "Live n Loud" Music Columnist, InTheBiz Magazine
“The Resolvers’ Debut EP maintains the fine balance between having
fun and keeping reggae alive.” --
Todd McFliker, Music Critic, RAG Magazine, Closer Magazine
